The 8,500 square foot retail space, which occupies the space formerly occupied by BHS on Belfast’s Castle Lane, has received a £975,000 makeover before opening to the public at noon today.
Deichmann declared that the opening of their newest store had generated 20 new jobs for the Belfast community, including supervisor and assistant posts.
With 141 locations throughout the UK, the German footwear company carries brands like Skechers, Adidas, Fila, Nike, and Puma.
“As a brand, Deichmann is so pleased to announce the opening of its first Northern Ireland store,” stated Simon Wilson, managing director of Deichmann UK.
