TOWN OF HURLEY – A man’s body was discovered early on Friday in the Esopus Creek off Route 28 in the Town of Hurley, according to police. According to state police spokesman Trooper Steven Nevel, an autopsy is currently underway to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the man’s death. The man’s body was discovered approximately at six in the morning, not far from the intersection of the borders of the City of Kingston, the Town of Hurley, and Ulster.
