Three arrested for stabbing a man in Grimsby

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of assault after the incident in Heneage Road

Following complaints of a stabbing that occurred on Saturday, June 15, in Heneage Road, Grimsby, three people have been taken into custody.

At approximately 6.50 p.m., there were reports of a 25-year-old guy suffering from stab wounds, prompting police to be called to aid emergency personnel. He was brought to the hospital for medical attention for severe back injuries, and he is still there as of right now, stable, according to reports.


“I would like to reassure the local community that since we received the report, my team of detectives has been conducting extensive lines of inquiry to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident,” Detective Inspector Steve Antrobus stated. In connection with this, we have detained three individuals, ages 35, 56, and 20, on suspicion of assault.
“While our investigations are ongoing, one individual has been freed without being charged, and two others have been released on police bond. Even while our investigation is still preliminary, based on the inquiries we have made so far, we do think that this was a known-to-one occurrence with no greater risk to the public.
