After Rovers officially announced the signing of prop Eribe Doro, Willie Peters thinks Hull KR’s newest addition is Super League ready. The Bradford Bulls forward has joined the Robins, as first reported by Hull Live. The team has confirmed that he has inked a two-year contract.
The 23-year-old joins the Bulls following an outstanding stay; since joining the Warrington Wolves, he has also played for the Halifax Panthers and Widnes Vikings. Doro is becoming known for being the best carry in the second tier, and Bradford coach Eamonn O’Carroll recently called him the “best player in the Championship.”
After Tom Davies and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves join with Rovers the following year, he becomes the club’s third confirmed signing for 2025. Though he doesn’t brag about the same pedigree as the other two, he has made just four top-flight appearances during his career, Peters is confident he has what it takes to make an impact in Super League.
“We’re pleased Eribe is joining the club in 2025,” Peters stated. “Eribe has put in a lot of effort to be among the best front row players in the Championship tournament, which has given him the chance to return to Super League.
“Eribe’s advancements during the Championship will help him as he moves on to the next phase of his trip. Eribe is prepared to put himself to the test in the Super League front row.”Eribe’s powerful defending and aggressive running style will be a great asset to us. In 2025 and beyond, we hope to contribute to Eribe’s game’s further development.”
