The death of a man found dead in Westhoughton was the subject of an inquest.
In , 29-year-old Kyle James Wilson was found deceased at his residence on New Drake Green.
An inquiry into the death was held this week at Bolton Coroner’s Court before local coroner Peter Sigee.
Rachael O’Driscoll, a police coroner’s officer, described the incident’s circumstances.
According to Ms. O’Driscoll, “North West Ambulance Service called the police about a guy who had passed away.
“He was a user of drugs which were believed to have been taken in the lead up to his death.”
Mr. Wilson’s death was attributed to these substances, according to a Royal Bolton post mortem.
The inquest was postponed until after Mr. Sigee requested statements from a general practitioner, the Greater Manchester Police, and other agencies.
“May I use this opportunity to offer my condolences to Mr. Wilson’s family and friends?” stated Mr. Sigee.
“I am sorry I have to learn about him in these circumstances.”
