The search for a missing Tasmanian man has entered its fourth day.
The man, 45, has been unaccounted for since lunchtime and concerns for his well-being are escalating.
Police say search and rescue teams will be scouring bushland areas and residential yards that back onto bushland in the West Launceston area today.
According to Tasmania Police, he was last seen in Launceston wearing dark shorts, a dark hoodie and a black cap.They described the man as around 185cm tall, of caucasian appearance and having a slim build with brown hair.
