LeBron James, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, is closing in on 40,000 career points. Follow along as he focuses on this historic milestone.

 

According to the Scoring Tracker, LeBron James is just 157 points away from reaching 40,000 career points. Given his historical scoring average of 27.2 points per game, James is expected to hit the milestone by the end of February.

James scored 21 points in the Lakers’ 139-122 win over the Pelicans in Los Angeles. Here is a brief look at the Lakers’ next five games:
