Jimmy Thelin is set to complete his fifth summer signing
With suggestions that was set to go through any time, there may have been a feeling Miovski could have been missing as the Dons take on St Mirren this Sunday. But manager Jimmy Thelin insists he remains an Aberdeen player and was involved in the preparations for the second league game.
He said: “It has been a bit more intense this week with the speculation, but he is still an Aberdeen player and he is still training with us.

In the meantime, a cost for HJK Helsinki wide player Topi Keskinen has been agreed upon by the Pittodrie men. After facing Aberdeen in Europe last season, the 25-year-old has been in the spotlight. After scoring six goals in 17 Veikkausliiga games this season, he appears destined to become Thelin’s fifth summer addition.
Reports from Finland suggest the Dons will pay just over €1million (£856,000) for a player that Blackurn Rovers had a £1million bid turned down for in January. Keskinen is believed to have knocked back an MLS team to move to the north-east of Scotland.
