A major Coventry road is blocked following a reported two-car crash. It happened on the A45 at around 9am today .
Police and paramedics are reportedly at the scene of the collision. Traffic is reportedly gridlocked on the A45 Dunchurch Highway Eastbound after Broad Lane.
It is currently not known whether anyone is injured. West Midlands Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service have been approached for comment by CoventryLive.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: We were called to a collision involving two cars at the junction of Broad Lane and Dunchurch Highway Road in Coventry,
Both drivers were assessed at the scene, and one was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
