A major road in Leeds has been closed to allow for emergency repairs.
The A64 Barwick Road has been closed in the westbound direction to make way for emergency repairs. This road is closed between Swarcliffe Approach and the B6902 Ring Road Cross Gates.
Heavy traffic is currently building on the road as a result of the closure.
The traffic management system, Inrix, said: “A64 Barwick Road Westbound closed, heavy traffic due to emergency repairs from Swarcliffe Approach to B6902 Ring Road Cross Gates.”
