Kaoru Mitoma is a wanted guy in the market, and according to sources, the Japanese international is interested in signing for Liverpool.

According to Nacional, the Brighton playmaker is a top priority for Spanish champions Barcelona.

Liverpool prepares opening offer to ultimately sign £34 million star, according to reports.

However, he does not want to leave the Premier League at the moment and would love to join Liverpool, Arsenal, or Manchester City.

Mitoma believes the English trio have more stable projects than the La Liga heavyweights, are financially secure, and can offer him better earnings.

The 26-year-old star’s current contract will expire in the summer of 2027, and according to the Catalan media outlet, the Seagulls have set a starting price of £47 million to £51 million (55-60 million euros).

Last season, the former Union SG forward scored 10 goals and assisted 8 times for the Amex team.

Miroma has started 14 Premier League games this season and had a direct contribution of 8 goals.

He has started nine senior international games and scored seven goals.

Mitoma has established himself as a prominent Premier League attacker, preferring to play on the left wing.

Luis Diaz is Liverpool’s first choice left winger, however Gakpo and Nunez can both play in that position. The Merseyside club primarily requires a right winger to replace Salah in the long run.

Should Liverpool spend £47m-£51m to sign Kaoru Mitoma, in your opinion?
