Rangers will accept offers of around £15million for Jack Butland this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

The 31-year-old goalkeeper has been a standout star for Philippe Clement’s side this season and has attracted interest from clubs south of the border.

Butland hasn’t ruled out returning to the Premier League this summer, should an offer be presented, as Football Insider reported.

Rangers know they will not be able to match the pay that a top-tier English team can give, which worries them about losing Butland.

If an offer of about £15 million is made, they won’t stop Butland from moving; this would be the second-largest sale in the club’s history, after Calvin Bassey’s £20 million move to Ajax.

Rangers will accept £15m Jack Butland bid this summer

Gers signed Butland on a free transfer after his contract at Selhurst Park expired in the summer of 2023 – he signed a four-year deal with the Glasgow giants.

Butland has made 47 appearances in all competitions this season, keeping 23 clean sheets, and has had an incredible debut season in Scotland.

Despite Butland playing every minute of their league season, Rangers had the greatest defensive record in the Scottish Premiership, having only given up 16 goals in 29 league games in 2023–24.
