Liam Livingstone uncertain, Hyderabad keen to tweak bowling setup…

PBKS versus SRH: Liam Livingstone uncertain for Punjab Kings; Sunrisers Hyderabad looking to adjust bowling setup
In the IPL 2024, the fifth and sixth place teams will compete. Nothing separates the Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad when they face off. Hosts PBKS will look to reintroduce Rahul Chahar into the playing XI, while Sikandar Raza remains a strong Impact Sub contender. In terms of SRH, the guys in Orange may benefit from some improvement in their bowling.

Both teams are on equal terms. PBKS and SRH have played four IPL 2024 games so far, winning two and losing the other two. Thus, both teams must be frantic to strive for two points in the upcoming match.

Liam Livingston was injured and missed the final game. As previously reported by InsideSport, the player is with the team but was not fully prepared to feature in the Playing XI. He’s healing from his injury. However, it remains to be seen whether PBKS uses him against Hyderabad.

Spinner Rahul Chahar is likely to play for the PBKS Playing XI against SRH. Sikandar Raza will most likely be deployed as an impact substitute in the batting lineup. Apart from that, PBKS will be unlikely to change their victory arrangement. There will be great expectations for Shashank Singh to repeat his previous match heroics.

Shikhar Dhawan (captain), Jonny Bairstow, Prabhsimran Singh, Jitesh Sharma, Shashank Singh, Sam Curran, Harpreet Brar, Rahul Chahar, Kagiso Rabada, Harshal Patel, and Arshdeep Singh

Sunrisers Hyderabad has a rebellious batting lineup. They take pride in having some power hitters who, on their best day, can wreck havoc on their opponents. Travis Head, the star Australian opener, is expected to serve as an impact substitute once more. If SRH is given the opportunity to bat first, T Natarajan can come in as a substitute to help reinforce their bowling assault.

SRH Starting XI: Abhishek Sharma, Travis Head, Aiden Markram, Heinrich Klaasen, Abdul Samad, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Shahbaz Ahmed, Pat Cummins, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jaydev Unadkat, Mayank Markande
