Residents of a city estate were afraid their properties might be damaged after a large house fire.

At 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, twenty firefighters and six appliances from as far away as Buckingham arrived at the incident on Kingsfold in Bradville.
The fire was occurring in an abandoned home that had previously sustained fire damage, and they had gotten several calls regarding it.

When they got there, the property was fully on fire, and the flames were encroaching on the house next door.

Cordons were erected to protect individuals while worried neighbours watched on, scared for their homes, as firefighters struggled to contain it.

One observer said, “It’s the same house that caught fire a while ago.” “It was damaged severely the first time, and now it’s worse.”

Another said on social media: “It was supposed to have been knocked down by now. This shouldn’t have even happened.”

The entire estate was engulfed in smoke, which stretched for miles throughout the city.

There were 24 firefighters and appliances from Newport Pagnell, West Ashland, Broughton, and Buckingham at the site. The firemen employed hose jets, a turntable ladder, a thermal imaging camera, and breathing apparatus. They were joined by three fire officers.

After the fire was put out, the crews stayed on the scene and went back over the property during the night to look for any hot spots.

Although the exact cause of the fire is unknown at this time, arson is thought to be the possibility. Thames Valley Police have been given the task of looking into the matter.
