Investors, according to BARROW Raiders chairman Steve Neale, can help the team advance.

In an interview with BBC Radio Cumbria, Neale expressed his excitement about Raiders and said the Barrovians might do great things if a financial backer joined the team.

“Running the club is tough,” he stated. We have high goals and have made great progress during my leadership.

However, it’s quite difficult to try to keep up the momentum we’re on and to attempt to grow on our ambition.

“I’m truly searching for an individual or group of individuals that are interested in making investments in the club.

“I feel like if we can get an investor to join the board it could be a really exciting project for someone to take this club forward. I’ve put many, many hours into trying to make the club work and I’m totally committed to the job.”

Neale is committed to expanding the club and isn’t giving up, even though he would be prepared to step down if the appropriate candidate were to emerge to take over.

“I don’t know if I can do more than I have, and I really think that if someone came in and gave me a hand, or even if I stepped aside and they put in an influx of money,” he continued. “I’m not saying that I have taken the club as far as I can.”

“I just want the club to grow, so let’s see where we can take this. There’s almost an open invitation to get involved in Barrow Raiders, which is an exciting project club.

Although finances are still a major concern for the Raiders, Neale believes the team is improving but still needs assistance to go farther.

He remarked, “I’m really excited about where we’ve come from.”

“When I initially took over, we were definitely in a dark position, but now we are so lively.

The number of people here has more than doubled while I’ve been here, but we do need to advance, which is why I’m probably asking for assistance.

“People with a business sense, those who can create revenue streams, and ideally those who can make financial investments.”

That seems to be the direction we should take.

“When I look at other teams, like the Sheffield Eagles and London Broncos, they have actually had millions of dollars invested in them over the past ten years.

And it wouldn’t take that much money to make this club comfortable for someone to enter.

utterly animated.

“For someone, it would be a fantastic project and investment.”
