Bradford City could face a battle to keep hold of the attacker in the near future.
Ibbitson, 18, is highly regarded by the League Two club but is also attracting interest from clubs further up the football pyramid.

According to reporter Nixon’s Patreon page, he is being pursued by many undisclosed Premier League clubs ahead of the summer.
Bradford fans should keep an eye out for Ibbitson, who has been a significant player for the club at various junior levels in recent years.

Graham Alexander may consider giving him some first-team minutes in the near future.

The adolescent has yet to appear for the Bantams’ main team, but has been an important player of their Under-19 squad this season.
It would be a shame to lose him during Bradford’s forthcoming transfer window. However, it may be difficult to prevent him from joining a top flight team.
His prospects of playing regular football at Valley Parade, however, will be stronger in the coming years, something he must consider.

The Bantams have recently given a conduit for academy players such as Bobby Pointon and Noah Wadsworth, and Ibbitson might be the next to move up.

Alexander’s side triumphed 2-1 away to Salford City over the weekend, thanks to goals from Calum Kavanagh and Bradley Halliday. The latter has already scored two goals in two games, including the winner against Gillingham in their most recent home encounter.

Bradford is unbeaten in their previous four games and is five points behind the play-offs with three games remaining. The team will then travel to Walsall before facing Barrow and Newport County.
