Bristol knife attacker strikes again killed two

After a knife attack in Bristol, there is a crime scene and closed roads. According to Avon & Somerset Police, the attack happened this morning (Sunday, June 9) at approximately 4:40 in the area of Rawnsley Park.


Nine people in all have been detained by police after being taken into custody on suspicion of attempting murder. In the meantime, one of the two men in their 20s who suffered knife wounds and was brought to the hospital is in critical condition.

Photographs taken at the scene show forensic investigators searching Rawnsley Park. Between Pennywell Road and Stapleton Road, Easton Way is blocked, and Easton Way cannot be accessed from Old Market.

 

Anyone with information about the attack is urged to contact Avon and Somerset Police right away. “Please call us if you saw anything suspicious or have any video footage that could help with our inquiries between 4.15 and 5 a.m. this morning in the Stapleton Road / Rawnsley Park area.”
