With just seven games left, Kompany’s team is currently six points outside of safety after their midweek draw against Wolves.
This match is critical for Kompany’s club because Everton is one of the teams Burnley can catch, sitting seven points higher in the standings.
Kompany stated, “I just want the team to go all out, attack every game, and have no fear.”
“We have to play with everything we have before the Wolves game,” I stated. Take off our socks. We should do that in every game going forward, as I believed we did against Wolves.
“After the game, I want to see a squad that is so exhausted from giving it their all that they are on their knees. Players that are always attempting to score goals are what I want to watch.
Everton hasn’t won in their previous 13 games; their most recent triumph occurred at Turf Moor during the rematch in December.
Though Burnley has won just one of their past four games, Kompany is still expecting even more from his team. In contrast, Burnley is unbeaten in their last four games.

“We’ve proven on numerous times that we can be a very tough team to play against, so the next step is to get results,” he stated.
“In the end, I have no problem with that determining whether or not you ultimately deserve to continue in the league. The objective of the game is to gather up results.
“For us to go out there and try and do that, it’s not a bad challenge. It’s also good for the team to look forward to these types of games.”
