Idah has made an impact for the team during his short tenure, and Brendan Rodgers has not held back in saying that he wants to keep him.

During his time with Celtic, the 23-year-old striker made a big impression and won over many supporters.

The club’s assurance that it may permanently acquire his services indicates that the talks with Norwich are progressing favourably, and Idah may return to Glasgow for the next campaign.

Meanwhile, efforts to sign Paulo Bernardo are still ongoing, despite obstacles related to the transfer fee. Though the midfielder has returned to pre-season training, Benfica is standing by their valuation of the player, which Celtic is hoping to achieve at a reduced cost.
