The 24-year-old Jamaican international is reportedly being watched by Dutch team Ajax and Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon, according to The Daily Telegraph. “Sporting Lisbon are looking closely at Coventry center-back Joel Latibeaudiere after their successful raid on the Championship club for Viktor Gyökeres,” reads a report by sports journalist Mike McGrath.
After moving from Coventry for £20.5 million, Gyökeres is the leading scorer in the Portuguese Primeira Liga, and Latibeaudiere is seen as a player who can also advance from the second division of English football.
Along with players like Phil Foden and Marc Guehi, Latibeaudiere, 24, was a member of the England Under-17 team that won the World Cup seven years prior. However, he now holds the nationality of Jamaica, where he is visible.

The former Arsenal prospect is clearly targeting a return to the Premier League; Fulham, Crystal Palace, and Luton Town, who were recently demoted, have all expressed interest in signing him.
