Darlington FC are pleased to announce that midfielder Jarrett Rivers has signed for the 2024-25 season.
Jarrett, who signed for us in May 2019 which makes him or longest serving player, has made 153 appearances for us in league and cup, scoring 14 times. He played a big part in our great escape last season after Steve Watson and Terry Mitchell came to the club.
We are sure that everyone will be pleased that Jarrett has signed for another season, which is subject to league and FA approval.
Darlington are delighted to announce that defender Ben Hedley has signed a contract for season 2024-25.
Ben, 25, showed his versatility by performing well in both full back positions last season, and played a big part in the Great Escape. He made 37 appearances for us, taking his total to 159 appearances in league and cup since he joined us in September 2019. He was voted the fans’ player of the year in season 2021-22.
We’re sure that everyone will be pleased that Ben has signed on for another year.
The signing is subject to FA and National League approval.
