After a violent assault, a guy was discovered unconscious in the heart of Doncaster, not far from the main police station.
The man was discovered unconscious in College Road yesterday afternoon, and police were called.
Witnesses stated that there was a cordon in place at the event site, which was close to Doncaster Police Station and the former St. James’ Baths.
“We were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service at 4.18pm yesterday (Monday, June 17) to College Road in Doncaster following reports of an assault,” a spokesman for South Yorkshire Police stated.
According to reports, a man in his 30s was attacked and found unconscious in the street.
“It is not thought that his injuries are life-threatening or life-altering.”
“We would encourage anyone with information to contact us; inquiries are ongoing.”
