Lorry overturns on M6 causing long tailbacks as road close

On Thursday, a vehicle flipped on the M6 in Warwickshire, causing significant delays for drivers.
Two southbound lanes were closed as a result of the incident, which occurred between junctions four for Coleshill and fourA for the M42, close to Water Orton.
Past junction five, four-mile tailbacks developed, forcing fire firefighters to release the lorry driver.

By around 14:00 BST, according to National Highways, the incident had been cleared, all lanes had been reopened, and traffic was soon moving normally.
