Jimmy McNulty is not happy with his team’s 2-1 away loss to Ebbsfleet United.
On Saturday, Dale lost their away game against Ebbsfleet United after giving up in the 92nd minute.
“I can’t believe we lost the game, to be honest, looking at the game, in its entirety based on chances,” said McNulty after the final whistle.
“Cian Hayes has a great opportunity, but the keeper saves it. Kairo Mitchell has a good chance down the side, but Cameron John hits the crossbar. Cian works hard on the other side.
“We must accept and take our medication. Today, we set them two objectives.
“We’re let down.
“I’m throwing down the gauntlet to the players: how focused can we stay to try and surprise people?
“Aim to keep your focus solely on winning the upcoming game.
“Unfortunately, we couldn’t replicate the last performance.”
