New Updates on Beckenham Town against The Fleet#

Today, the Fleet will play Isthmian South East side Beckenham Town for a chance to advance to the DFDS Kent Senior Cup semi-final against Chatham Town.

Beckenham, which plays in the same division as teams like Cray Valley and Ramsgate, is currently bottom of the standings with three wins and seventeen losses; however, a draw against Lancing, which is currently in fourth place, gives them a chance to survive because they have two games remaining to close a six-point deficit.

The Becks defeated Sheppey United 1-0 en route to the quarterfinals, and they hosted Dover Athletic in the second round. The Crabble team prevailed 4-0, but Beckenham was reinstated and received a bye into this quarterfinal due to Dover’s violation of the Kent FA Rules by fielding an ineligible player.

The Fleet earned their spot at this stage back in October with a 5-0 victory over Cray Wanderers, which also featured goals from Billy Clifford, Greg Cundle, Nathan Odokonyero, and Toby Edser.

Season ticket holders must additionally purchase a ticket for the match, either online or at our ticket windows, as this is an all-pay event.

Tomorrow night, the Old Stand and a portion of Swanscombe End will remain closed. The Main Stand and the Plough End will be completely open, with no segregation in place, so fans of both teams are welcome to use the Social bar and our Hospitality Lounge Bar.

Ebbsfleet International Station’s Car Park C will be open as usual and charge a special £3 matchday parking fee.
