Lucy Hill, of Exmouth, Devon, passed away in December 2022 following her collapse at the Move nightclub on Exeter Quay following an Ecstasy overdose.

During the club’s 16–18 music night, several teens might have taken tablets containing unknown narcotics, according to authorities at the time.

Police said that two 18-year-old juveniles have been charged with having knowledge of the supply of class A drugs and ecstasy.

They are James Greaves of Basset Road in Camborne, Cornwall, and Taylor Rowsell of Rosebery Road in Exmouth, Devon. Their appearance before Exeter magistrates next month has been bailed out.

An adult caution was issued for the offence against an 18-year-old Exmouth woman who was detained after being suspected of being involved in the supply of a class A substance.

Regarding an other 18-year-old lady from Exmouth who was also detained on suspicion of involvement in the distribution of a class A narcotic, no further action is being taken.

At the time of her passing, Lucy, an Exmouth Community College student, was described as a “beautiful, kind, and considerate person.” The staff, who knew her well, and her peers all regarded her well.”
