Authorities are requesting information after a motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a BMW.

On Sunday evening, March 31, the 49-year-old man was riding a black Suzuki when he collided with a white BMW on Queensferry Road near the intersection with Aberlour Street in Rosyth.

When rescue personnel arrived, he was declared dead at the site.

“Our thoughts are with the family of the man who died at this very difficult time,” stated Road Policing Sergeant Scott Kirkpatrick.

We are still looking into the crash. We kindly ask anyone who has not yet talked to officers and has any information that could assist with our inquiries to get in touch with us, as this is a busy road.

“I would also like to talk to any drivers who have any helpful dash-cam footage.”

Please call Police Scotland at 101 and mention incident number 2363 from March 31, 2024, if you can assist.
