Glasgow Warriors forward This summer, Oli Kebble will relocate to France in exchange for another Scotland international who is in route to Scotstoun.

Kebble has signed a two-year contract with Oyonnax, the French club announced on Tuesday. Oyonnax was demoted from the Top 14 to Pro D2 this season.

Rory Sutherland, who is departing France to join the new United Rugby Championship (URC) winners following his return from Scotland’s summer tour, will be replaced by him at the Stade Charles-Mathon.

Kebble mentioned earlier this month that he would like to lift the URC trophy to commemorate his final year at Glasgow.

The 32-year-old, who has 11 caps for Scotland, received a winners medal even though he did not play in either the URC final or the semi-final victory over Munster.

In the Warriors’ last-eight victory over his old team, the Stormers, at Scotstoun earlier this month, Kebble made his final appearance for the team.

During his seven-year tenure, the South African-born prop—who can play on either side of the scrum—made 104 appearances for Glasgow.
