Lewis McGrattan, an attacker who formerly played for Greenock Morton and the Rangers, has signed with Airdrie.
The 23-year-old offensive midfielder, who signed for Cappielow in 2017 after spending his formative years at Rangers, was previously with Airdrie’s Championship rivals Morton.
It happens after yesterday’s opposite move by defender Cammy Ballantyne.
“My time at Morton came to an end, and I first heard of the initial interest from Airdrie-and to be honest, it was something I wanted to jump at!” McGrattan stated on the team website. It makes me happy to be here.
