The head coach has his reasons behind sending the player out on loan
Bailey Dall was sent on loan to Stirling Albion, and Steven Naismith has disclosed the reasoning behind the move.
After making more than fifty appearances, the 20-year-old defender is now prepared for the next phase of his development. He performed admirably for the Jambos’ B team under Liam Fox last season as they competed in the Lowland League. He is joining the Binos to play with former Hearts defender Alan Maybury, and Naismith clarified that this is so he can play with the first team.
The head coach will keep an eye on the left-back during his time at Forthbank as he’s likely to head back to Tynecastle next year in a better spot.
“This is a good opportunity for Bailey,” Naismith told the club’s website. “He’s performed consistently over several seasons in the Lowland League, so now it’s time for the next step.
“Training effectively with Stirling and putting up performances that keep him in the team will help him earn those first-team minutes and enable him to return to us next summer as a better player.
It’s a worthwhile task for him, and we’ll be sure to monitor his development
