A rapidly expanding local furniture company is conducting a massive clearance sale, with more than £1 million in surplus stock to be offered at reduced rates.

The Designer Rooms, now in its 14th year of operation, is a rapidly expanding family-owned independent business with showrooms around Scotland.

Ahead of a multi-million-pound retail makeover, it has converted the former Poundstretcher store in Kilmarnock into a temporary Warehouse Clearance Sale, where clients can buy DR furniture at discounted prices.

Customers may take advantage of rapid delivery and avoid lead times with reductions of up to 80% off original prices, as more than £1 million in stock is expected to clear within the next two weeks.

It is an excellent opportunity for the company to eliminate overstock products from its warehouse and create this summer, there will be room for new items, as well as special deals for customers.

With fresh product arriving everyday and furniture items starting at £29, customers should move swiftly to prevent missing out.

The sale is first-come, first-served, with only one of each furniture set available, and will conclude at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 6.

So, what can bargain hunters find at the DR Warehouse Clearance Sale?

From sofas, beds, and dining sets to outdoor furniture, there’s something to suit every taste and budget.

Whether it’s ex-display models, discontinued ranges, cancelled orders, or simply surplus stock, this sale offers customers the chance to purchase DR furniture at clearance prices.

We’re talking contemporary furniture at comfortable prices.

The sale is to make way for The Designer Rooms’ newest and largest superstore, which will open this summer at 2 Fowlds Street in Kilmarnock’s town centre.

The new store, which spans 36,000 square feet, will be completely transformed, with shop-fitting plans already underway.

Owner Ryan Campbell stated, “A clear-out is clearly needed as we consolidate two warehouses into one.

“The new furniture superstore will completely transform this side of Kilmarnock town centre, increasing the bar for neighbouring stores and creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

“This will be one of the largest independent furniture stores in Scotland, specialising in custom created furniture for every area in your home, with a dedicated parking park 80 spaces – free for DR customers, of course.”
