“In order to allow officers to thoroughly investigate the scene, the beach has been roped off. I want to express my gratitude to the general public for their understanding and patience as this important work is being done. In the upcoming days, there will be more police patrols in the area, and anyone with concerns can speak with any member of the neighbourhood policing team.”
