Three people injured in crash on A149 at South Wootton

A three-vehicle collision on the A149 has resulted in three injuries.

Following reports of the collision, police were summoned to South Wooton around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday. Fire departments from King’s Lynn and Earlham were also dispatched to the site.

To facilitate the response of emergency services and a car recovery team, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital roundabout to Knights Hill was closed off to traffic.

After releasing the car occupants, fire fighters cleared the area.

Three persons were sent to the scene by an ambulance team, and they were all treated for minor wounds.

At 4.40 p.m., we proclaimed the crisis under control, and an hour later, at 5.45 p.m., the road was reopened.
