The 63-year-old retired veterinarian’s body was discovered tied up in his flat on 9 Stealing is believed to have been the reason for the homicide because the flat had been broken into and Howe had tens of thousands of pounds stashed away in a safe (which the perpetrator(s) failed to discover).
