The loanees from Leeds United have undoubtedly seen various results since departing in the summer.

Following their relegation, several first team players left the Whites, two of whom had previously obtained permanent transfers to other teams.
Luis Sinisterra joined bournemouth    earlier this month on a long-term contract for approximately £20 million, while Robin Koch signed a four-year contract with Eintracht Frankfurt in January.

Brenden Aaronson, who finally scored his first goal at the club level since August 2023 last weekend, is one of those who still have a lot riding in the balance and needs to put in some work if he hopes to complete a permanent departure from Leeds.

Oliver Ruhnert, the director of Union Berlin, has nevertheless told him where he needs to grow, as analyst Derek Rae has reported, citing remarks he made earlier this week on X.

“With Brenden, it all boils down to the core idea,” he stated. Brenden, a fantastic football player, has to acknowledge that in order to win the ball and compete in games, a specific physical attribute is required.

Leeds supporters won’t be too shocked by these remarks, and over the past 18 to 24 months, he has definitely received remarks of this nature made against him.

Nevertheless, it’s a positive step for him to finally break through at Union, and it might be the beginning of him regaining some sort of form.

Despite the hatred against him and the other loanees, it is quite doubtful that he will ever return to Leeds, thus it will benefit the team if he plays well from now until the conclusion of the season.

Leeds won’t recoup anywhere near the £25 million they paid Red Bull Salzburg to sign him back in 2022, but he could at least generate some level of interest as long as this goal is a sign of things to come.
