NEGAUNEE, MI — A 57-year-old was seriously injured and was transported to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment after she crashed into a mining truck Saturday night. According to WLUC-6, the woman was traveling north bound on Teal Lake Avenue around 11:30 p.m. when she went through the intersection at U.S. 41 and crashed into the truck.
After being hit, the truck was stuck on the driver’s side, but the driver did not suffer any serious injuries. The woman’s condition is unknown and police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
