Harry Maguire, a center-back for Man United, posted on Instagram to celebrate his younger brother’s successful transfer to a League Two team.

The 27-year-old centre back Laurence Maguire was just signed to the MK Dons roster.

In addition to adding some commentary, Harry reshared the image from the team’s official Instagram account, which confirmed the signing.

Harry’s happy moment comes just after he was told with much disappointment that he would not be travelling to Germany for UEFA Euro 2024. Harry is 31 years old.

The players cut by England manager Gareth Southgate are James Maddison, Jarrad Branthwaite, Curtis Jones, Jarell Quansah, James Trafford, and the former captain of United, Jack Grealish.

England loses, but Manchester United wins.

Maguire’s calf injury that he recently suffered is the reason he is not in the England squad, not his performances from last season, which were noticeably better.

It has already been said by Southgate that Maguire would not have made it to the group stages. Nonetheless, the 53-year-old has taken a number of audacious decisions in selecting England’s Euro team, one of which is not selecting one of his best and most reliable defenders.

Undoubtedly, Maguire has suffered a severe blow; this may have been his final international football game. However, United is in for a benefit.

Given the insanely busy football schedule we currently have, all players require time off, but none more so than Maguire, who is currently suffering ailments after playing through health concerns in previous years.

Last year, Maguire appeared to be almost certain to quit United. This time around, it isn’t the case yet. Come August, expect him to be in the Old Trafford dressing room unless someone comes in with a lot of money.
