The 17-year-old Adelusi has committed to play professionally for the Canaries, where he will be a member of the academy teams.
He played in the Under-18 Premier League South for Tottenham Hotspur during a prior stint with the team.
During his trial season the previous year, he played the whole Norwich Under-18 PL South match against Chelsea, which ended in a 2-1 victory.
