Names will display on the big screen in the programme.
Portsmouth Football Club will once again pay respect to all of the fans who have regrettably passed away this season.
Their names will show on the big screen prior to the final home game against Wigan on Saturday, April 20. They will also be featured in the official matchday programme.
If you would like to suggest a name for inclusion, please contact our supporter relations officer Johnny Moore at johnnymoore@pompeyfc.co.uk by midday on Monday, April 15.
Unfortunately, we are unable to include names sent to us via social media or other channels. If you submitted a name unprompted earlier in the season, you should resend it to assure inclusion.
