Rotherham made the right choice in appointing Leam Richardson.
Leam Richardson was the right manager for the Millers, according to FLW’s Rotherham fan analyst Tom Eyre, despite the team’s dismal performance during the Championship season.

After taking over a young Wigan team, the 44-year-old was able to infuse the team’s intriguing talent with experience the following season. With a successful summer of transfers, he has further demonstrated his ability to improve Rotherham’s football team.
Fans have every reason to be optimistic about Richardson’s future in the dugout, even though this season may have been disappointing. All they need to do is consider his past performance to have faith in him for the upcoming season.
