A 44-year-old woman has been detained by police in connection with a murder investigation into the death of a man in Lincolnshire.

Officers were contacted to allegations of concern for the safety of 49-year-old Adam Bailey, and on February 16th, they discovered his dead at his home on Tamer Road, Sleaford.

Two 16-year-old boys and a 34-year-old man who had been detained in connection with his killing have subsequently been freed on bond.

Additionally, the 44-year-old lady was freed on bond.

Witnesses are still needed, according to Lincolnshire Police. A prize of £1,000 has been put out for information that results in an arrest and charge.

Information on his whereabouts between February 11 and 16 is especially sought for by the police.

“We are still continuing to appeal for witnesses, information, or footage of Adam in the time leading up to his death,” a spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police stated.

“He would often visit Sleaford’s Tamer Road or Boston Road neighbourhoods.

Additionally, we continue to offer a £1,000 reward through Crimestoppers for information that results in an arrest and charging.

“All information, including recordings, submitted through Crimestoppers is anonymous at all times. We’ll never be aware that you submitted the information.”
