The UK’s largest independent toy retailer is setting up a pop-up booth in Seacroft Tesco, so parents in east Leeds who are scrambling to get in some last-minute Christmas shopping are in for a treat.
Customers of Tesco in Leeds may now browse The Entertainer’s extensive selection of products from well-known and adored companies thanks to the trial arrangement.
Barbie, LEGO, Marvel, and Paw Patrol are just a few of the toy companies that were listed in a press release that the entertainer sent out.
Last month, The Entertainer said that 35 Tesco locations nationwide will be hosting branded concessions as part of the pilot.
The Entertainer will maintain complete control over the product selection, pricing, and marketing of all the stores as the premier toy retailer and supermarket join forces to start the collaboration throughout October in the UK. The Entertainer will conduct character visits and free, year-round programmes for kids of all ages as part of the trial.
The Entertainer was founded in 1981 by Gary and Catherine Grant, a husband and wife duo. It currently has over 170 locations in the UK, 32 overseas, franchise partners, and 35 branded concessions as part of a recent partnership with Tesco.
