There have been many new openings, from food stores to jewellery and fashion, and there are still plenty to look forward to.
With a massive food hall and a new four-star hotel set to open soon, Sheffield’s city centre is quickly taking shape.
In addition, a number of new stores in Meadowhall and the city centre have recently opened or are planned to open.
Here, we take a look at a few that have opened in the past year as well as some of the most highly anticipated new shops that will soon be opening in the city.
They include grocery stores, gift shops, high-end jewellers, and fashion boutiques.

in Friday, March 22, the menswear retailer Yards Store opened its doors in Sheffield’s downtown Pinstone Street. Among the brands sold by Yards Store are And Wander, Ten C, Carhartt WIP, Gramicci, Hikerdelic, RRL, ST95, Hoka, Karhu, Clarks Originals, and New Balance. Yards Store is an independent menswear and lifestyle boutique. Established in 2016, the establishment started off in Macclesfield before moving to Manchester in 2019.
