Khloe Kardashian is maintaining her sanity amidst her baby-daddy Tristan Thompson’s latest drama. The 32-year-old was recently suspended by the NBA for 25 games without pay after testing positive for two banned substances.
The scandal impacted the reality star, who disclosed her stress-relieving routine on Snapchat. During a Q&A session on her Snapchat account, the mother-of-two shared her stress-relieving mantra in response to a fan inquiry. “Working out is my therapy,” the Kardashian star explained. “For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress,” according to Page Six. She also mentioned the benefits: “It keeps me focused.” It keeps me strong both physically and mentally.”
Her statement came just days after her ex-boyfriend Thompson was suspended from the games for allegedly using illegal substances. The Cleveland Cavaliers player violated the NBA/NBPA Anti-Drug Program for using ibutamoren and SARM LGD-4033 steroids for peak performance.

The basketball league issued a statement to PEOPLE, stating the Cavaliers “fully support the NBA/NBAPA Anti-Drug Program, and we are disappointed in the recent news surrounding Tristan Thompson.” They continued, “His absence from game action will have an influence on our team. We support Tristan and will be there for him during his ban.
Apparently, the chemicals discovered in Thompson’s body are prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the NCAA. According to the National Institutes of Health and WebMD, ibutamoren stimulates the pituitary gland’s secretion of growth hormone, while SARM LGD-4033, also known as Ligandrol, mimics testosterone activity in the body for enhanced energy and athletic performance.
The father of two is a controversial figure, and he has been known for his outrageous cheating scandals throughout his engagement with the founder of Good American. During an episode of the Hulu reality drama, he admitted to his multiple infidelities and accepted full responsibility for them.
Thompson claimed on The Kardashians that he’d “love to reconcile” with the mother of his two children, True, who is five, and Tatum, who is one. “I’m a firm believer that if you make a mistake, you have to be accountable for it and stand on two feet,” he said. “You do the crime; ya gotta own it.”
Despite his infidelity, Kardashian maintained a polite connection with her baby daddy. She stated that it has not been easy for her to co-parent their two children in a healthy setting. During a magazine cover shoot, the 39-year-old stated, “I had to learn to take control of my feelings.”
“There were so many times that my feelings got control of me, and I was impulsive, and I tweeted something or posted something and things that you regret,” she said. “Do I have days where I want to be a petty bitch? Of course. But I kind of do it secretly.”
But she graciously forgave Thompson and let him and his wheelchair-bound younger brother remain at her home. However, it appears that the individual is a slave to his routines.
