Due to lower back pain, the Denver Nuggets will be without two-time NBA MVP center Nikola Jokic for Wednesday night’s game against Oklahoma City.

Jokic will be missing his second game of the season. He was also out on Nov. 27 due to a lower back injury in a Nuggets victory against the Clippers in Los Angeles.

Jokic recently recorded his 119th regular season triple-double against Milwaukee. He ended the game with 25 points, 16 rebounds, and 12 assists.

This season, the Serbian 7-footer is ranked 13th in points per game (26.3), third in rebounds (12.1), and fourth in assists (9.0).

Denver is 1-2 versus the Thunder this season, with the win coming away from home. This is the Northwest Division rivals’ final regular-season encounter.
