On Bank Holiday Monday afternoon, a woman was stabbed in south London and died as a result.
According to the Metropolitan Police, they were summoned to complaints of a stabbing in Stockwell Park Walk around 4:04 p.m. on Monday.
The woman, who was said to be in her 30s, was declared dead at the scene despite the arrival of Met Police officers, paramedics, and an air ambulance.
Officers with specialised training have been notified and are currently providing help to the woman’s family.
While authorities are still on the site, several roadways are still closed.
