A woman was found dead at a Bagshot hotel, and a man has been charged with her murder.
On Sunday, April 14, Surrey Police were called to the Pennyhill Park Hotel after a woman in her 50s was found dead there.
James Cartwright, 60, of Axminster, Devon, was taken into custody on Friday, April 19, and he was charged with murder as well as using coercive and controlling conduct today.
He has been placed on police remand and is scheduled to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on April 22.
The Major Crime Team of Sussex and Surrey Police is in charge of the investigation.
