An Garda Siochana are investigating the circumstances around the woman’s death
The circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body in County Monaghan on Sunday, are being looked into by the Gardaí, according to a statement.
Since then, the body has been taken from the scene and placed in the mortuary at Our Lady’s Hospital in Navan.
At around 8:30 am, the body of a lady in her 20s was found in Monaghan town, near the Ulster Canal.
