This week, a new Audi owner was left feeling unlucky when their vehicle was involved in an accident on the A14.
Near Catworth and Brington, on the A14, there was an Audi and a truck that crashed. Cambridgeshire Police responded to the scene.
Luckily, neither of the drivers was hurt in the collision. According to a Cambridgeshire Police spokesman, the Audi’s owner “was not so lucky”.
The eastbound A14 between J41 and J42 near Bury St Edmunds is closed due to a significant collision that may have involved many vehicles. The response is being led by Suffolk Police, and all emergency services, including the air ambulance, are working at the scene.

National Highways has made public a police-installed diversion route that takes local routes from J41. “If this closure impacts on your planned route, please allow extra journey time,” a roads official stated.
“Plan ahead, you may wish to re-route or even delay your journey.”
