A police motorbike rider struck a man and a kid in Earls Court this morning, sending them to the hospital.
Just past ten in the morning, there was a collision on Old Brompton Road.
According to the police, their wounds are not life-threatening.
Two Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection officers were on a normal patrol when the police motorbike rider, who was also brought to the hospital, was involved.
Emergency services, including the London Air Ambulance, arrived at the scene at around 10.15am.
Paramedics treated the patients before taking them to hospital as a priority.
The fire brigade cleared a fuel spillage from the accident.
The Old Brompton Road is closed with delays in both directions between Finborough Road junction and Eardley Crescent.
